Not as pictured

The pattern and depth of the chevron is nothing like the display photo. The depth is only 2,5mm and is calculated in the overall thickness of the product. The website states FREE SHIPPING but at check out it was $188.00. Tracking numbers didn't work and very poor customer service when you call. You need to leave a voicemail and they are supposed to call you back. They NEVER did.
