Shipping
All orders are processed within 24 hours excluding weekend and holidays. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground unless expedited shipping is requested. We do not ship to PO Box. For International shipping options please select “International check out” at checkout page. The orders are shipped from 9 warehouses strategically located throughout US to optimize the shipping cost and transit time. Most parts qualify for free shipping with average delivery time 3 days. If the order weight exceeds 150lbs or too large for UPS ground shipping it will be shipped with LTL Freight. We use several carriers depending on the delivery location. Most carriers require scheduling a delivery appointment and will contact you at phone number provided on the order. The freight average delivery time is 7 business days. Shipping Discrepancies or Damaged Goods
Overages, shortages, or incorrect parts must be reported within 30 days of order date. Damages must be reported immediately. All external damages should be reported to the carrier and noted on the shipping document when signing the delivery receipt. If you receive a damaged package, please sign for product as damaged and accept the package. Please do not refuse a package and do not destroy packing until inspection has been made by the carrier or carrier’s agent. Please notify us immediately and provide pictures of damaged product including packaging. Please indicate if you would like a reship or refund.

Returns
We truly hope you are fully satisfied with the products that you purchase from our company. If it is not the case, we ask that you please click here or contact our Sales Support team at 855-814-1515 or via this link to obtain the RMA number and return instructions. We will not charge a restocking fee for products returned. You will receive full refund for the product cost if we get this part at our warehouse within 365 days from purchase date. The shipping cost of your order is not refundable unless you received incorrect or defective product. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost.

All returns must meet the criteria below:
  • • All returned products must be in new, sellable condition. We cannot accept returns on products that are damaged (e.g., rusty or dented) or previously used or installed.
  • • All returned products must be in the original packaging (where applicable).
  • • All returns must be returned as ordered. Products that are incomplete or missing parts will not be accepted for return. Products that are in kits or packages must be returned in their entirety.


Limited Return Eligibility
Engines, Short Blocks and Decks are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return. Please contact us prior placing an order to verify that you are ordering the correct product.

Refunds
The refund will be applied to your account only after the merchandise has been received, inspected, and determined to meet all the return requirements. Please allow 7 business days to process refund on returned products. The refund credits can only be returned back to the card of original purchase. In the event a card is no longer available a company check will be sent to the purchaser. The company check refund will require additional 3 business days to process. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will try to make the returns process as fast as possible.
