Product Description:
The Kevlar V-Belt is an extra heavy duty belt constructed of organic polyamide fibers. The polyamide fibers are created by a complex chemical process. This process allows the Kevlar belts to have ahigh resistance to repeated reverse flexing, oil, heat and cracking. Kevlar belts also offer hightensile strength, non-extensibility, and high resistance to shock loads.

Kevlar 100 Percent

I have a farm buggy that I built. When I first put it together I used a regular drive belt that lasted a day and a half under hard use. I ordered 2 of the same belts in Kevlar and the first one has lasted 1 year and 8 months under the same hard use. Kevlar is the only way to go.

Kevlar is the way to go

I am using this belt on a Chinese Dune Buggy that I have swapped out the 150 cc engine for a Vegas Karts 460 cc engine with a lot of extra work. The original belt got destroyed after a few minutes of racing on our track. I installed the new Kevlar belt and got back on the track for several sessions of racing. When we were finished I took it off and compared it to the other new one I had bought and there was very little difference. Kevlar is the way to go.
