Question: Love my red and black Easy Rider steering wheel spinner on my Cub Cadet but today the spring steel band inside part broke. The band looks replaceable with the two screws or bolts. Can I purchase a new one? I have had it less than a year but no longer have the receipt. It is a shame to toss this nice unit away just because the metal spring steel band that fits around the steering wheel is broken. 0
