Froze up

Ran for a COUPLE MINUTES minutes yesterday and discovered the belt was too short. Got a new belt and went out 2 days later to find the engine froze solid. Cant move either way Had 10-30 John Deere oil filled to the top of the dipstick as recommended. When the motor ran it ran fine but today it won't turn at all. was afraid the cylinder filled with gas leaking through the carb but thats not the problem. Not a happy buyer right now.
