Order #69558 return

Got return info.& followed it. Went to UPS store & was told they had to box it. $$ I told them its exactly how I got it. They said if I wasn’t in a hurry it would cost $59-$60. $46.20 for part. $21.82 shipping. $68.02 total. $60 to return. Not happening. I’ll just chalk this up to a bad experience.

Question: What are the cross sectional dimensions on this? The outside dimensions on the shaft I have is 1.5 inches across rounded and 2 inches across peaks. Are these standardized shaft dimensions or how do I know I am ordering correct size? 0
