Drive belt described as original did not fit

I have a craftsman edger 536.772360. I got the item number right off the edger. When I tried to in stall the 32668MA V belt described as an original part. It did not fit. The width of the belt did not fit in the vertical pully. The V belt was too wide. My order number was 16623148 and the RMA number was 664121. Is there a alternate belt I can try?
