This seat features heavy duty molded water proof vinyl cover. Ergonomic construction provides ultimate rider comfort. High back provides excellent support during long days on the job. The seat accepts round operator's presence switch (switch is not included) and has drain hole. Multiple mounting patterns allow this seat to be used with many models of Kubota, Allis-Chalmers, Bobcat, Case-IH, Ford New Holland, White, Oliver, Mpl, Moline, Massey Ferguson and more. This Universal Seat is designed to use for UTV, ATV, Tractor, Golf Cart, Lawn Mower and other farm and construction equipment.

The seat is made to exact OEM specifications to fit John Deere Compact Tractor models: 4200, 4210, 4300, 4310, 4400, 4410, 4500, 4510, 4600, 4610, 4700, 4710 and John Deere Skid Steer Loader models: 125, 240, 70, 7775, 8875. It might fit other models by drilling holes in mounting plate of your application. Please check the bolt patter diagram and dimensions before ordering. Also available in Grey and Black colors.

Bolts from original seat might not fit. Please use 5/16-18 UNC RH Thread bolts.

Good seats at a reasonable price

The seats fit well on my old Trail Gator and were easy to install since I heeded the directions and had 5/16" bolts on hand. The seats are not as thick or as soft as the original seats, but are much less expensive than replacement John Deere seats. I have no idea how well these seats will hold up.

Does not fit a John Deere LA series lawn tractor

Bolt holes don't line up for JD 100 series. Picture on website of bolt patter dimensions is hard to capture.

Fits John Deere LT160

Contrary to the answer in the Q&A section, this seat will fit a JD LT160 lawn tractor.

I tried using a 6003AB adapter bracket but the the pivot rod hinge lobes on the OEM seat carriage were bottoming on the bracket because the pivot rod hinge holes are drilled too close to the bracket base.

Use the OEM bracket by drilling two new holes in it to align with the forward threaded inserts in the seat (see picture). Using this configuration prevents the seat from easily flipping forward as mentioned in other reviews. Also, the presence switch will need to be replaced because of the larger hole in this seat, just ensure the new switch has a four pin connector.

The seat seems to be more comfortable than the OEM seat and looks great. Overall, great value even with shipping.

Numerous mounting holes. Found one that worked for my JD LT180 with a little modification to the existing seat bracket. Bad Seat

I bought the yellow high backed tractor seat for a John Deere Lawn Tractor. It was supposed to work with the 100 series tractors. I cut away some of the mounting plate and everything else I could think of. After finally getting it to bolt on, It looked like it was trying to dump you forward out of the seat. You were almost standing up when you were setting in it. To make things worse, I called to return it, and they would not send me a return postage label. Said I had to pay for sending it back after I already paid to have it sent to me in the first place. I checked with UPS, and it would cost almost as much to send it as I would get back in the rebate.
