Product Description:
This heavy duty industrial crimper is designed for stationary use with high volume operation. The frame and strain rods made of steel combined with aluminum flanges provide strength, stability, and performance for all service conditions of industrial use. This crimper is equipped with 1 HP ValPower fast acting hydraulic pump for ultimate performance and is designed for hoses up to 1 1/4”. Open design, two piece “slide in” die set and removable pusher allows the operator to accurately position the fitting prior to crimping. Micro-Crimp adjuster is fully adjustable to make precise and repeatable crimps. Built-in adjustable retraction stop limits the ram retraction to speed up repetitive crimps. Automatic stop switch shuts the pump off when the crimp cycle is complete. Dies are not included and should be ordered separately depending on hose size.
