great product lousy shipping

I didn't like that they don't ship right to your address the shipped all parcels to a town that is one hour away from where I live. If shipping cost are too high for the company the least you could do is offer the customer to pay for shipping. I know I would have if I was given the opportunity. This experience was very disappointing. I don't think I will be a return customer
