Water slot

What and where is slot the complaint was about 1/2 inchslot all way across tool box ?

Disappointed

The box is not water right at all.
I don't expect waterproof but there is a 1/2" slot open the entire length of the box. Also there are 4 holes in the back. I needed bottom mount.
