We ordered 5 parts of the same item. It stated when we ordered the part that it would be two days. We received 1 of 5 within two days, a week later we still hadn't received the other 4 parts. We called, the guy who answered the phone said they were in the warehouse and they would be shipped out that day, after pressing him and wanting to talk to a manager, he wouldn't allow it and told me it would be shipped.
I have a tracking number now. If all 4 parts come in tomorrow as the tracking number states, it will be two weeks after we received the first part.
The guy was rude and should have sent these overnight. Our tractor is down three weeks and counting, we're a salvage yard and unfortunately as for most of us, time is money.
I hope you have a better experience if you order parts from this company. There must have been a processing and or communication error on their part. I know it happens, but the way it was communicated with me was very poorly done!
