Toro Wheel Horse B1WL43 Smoth Deck Roller 3 X 3.5

I had placed the order early in the morning and immediately realized I had read the product information wrong. I called right away to have more added to the order. I was directed to leave a message which I did. Not hearing back, I called a few more times during the day & also emailed. I was finally able to reach someone in the late afternoon, and was told I could not change the order because it had been shipped. Twenty hour later I was told the product had just been shipped Sorry to say I'm very disappointing with the service. There is no reason the product should have been shipped without my updated order. The product itself seems fine.
