I called last Thursday, and somebody from your company told me I should be able to see when I will get my parts?

It would be nice to give you a report but I would need to have the part, it is been more than 10 days and cannot see when I will get it? I cannot say this is great or something good so far! More frustrated to see the product in in stock and could be ship in one or 2 days!! Maybe you should wait before to ask for customer satisfaction!!!!!!
