I was looking at a tractor suspension seat online and found a model they carry. I emailed the sales department if it was a "direct replacement" for my exact tractor. They replied no, but sent me to another seat and suspension they had and said "This is the Direct Replacement for your tractor model". I got it, and there was no way any of it would bolt up and be a "Direct Replacement". I would have to get out the welder, chop saw, drills and extra steel to Fabricate it to work on my tractor. So I wanted to return it, as I bought it on their word as a direct replacement. They said sure return it, but I had to pay return shipping. I showed them the emails from the sales dept saying it's a direct replacement. The return shipping was more than the suspension and seat, but I did return it, still expecting them to reimburse me the return shipping, they won't. I WOULD NOT have purchased the item if they did not advise me it was a direct replacement for my tractor model. To me, direct replacement means, unbolt, bolt in the new product, NOT fabricate something for hours and change your tractor just to make it fit! It's a terrible company in my opinion to deal with. I still can't believe they won't reimburse my return shipping. The people I emailed with back and forth are the most uncaring, un-customer service minded people you could imagine. I even asked for a manager, never got one....

Adjustable seat is very comfortable, better than the old pan seat for this old tractor.shipping was on time.

Great seat. Very comfortable and bolted up easy on a Ford 640.

Received box with seat however edges and corner of bow shredded. Found two bolts rattling around in box. Subsequently found ripped bag with one bold stuck to the seat. I emailed, and called. Got one email reply that was much less than helpful. In fact I'd have to say "Jason" was almost rude. Finally bought bolts elsewhere. ZERO FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Worked great the summer I bought it. But, I needed to use the tractor one very cold morning in January. Climbed on, sat down, and the seat cracked like glass. My other tractors don't have this problem. I replaced it with a universal. No problem. I purchased it from a Farmtrac Dealer. Maybe this one is different. It looks identical.

The delivery was very fast and got just what I needed.

I was sent the wrong seats . But Jason got it corrected. Just waiting on return label to dead them back and hopefully get my money back

This seat is quite comfortable, and the suspension system is easily adjusted. Good value!
I would have given it 5 stars if it had any adjust for the backrest.
I installed this on a Kioti tractor by modifying the existing slide. This makes the seat considerably taller than the factory seat. This is good as the factory seat was so low my knees really hurt after even a few minutes.
After installing the new seat, I operated the tractor for over an hour. When I got off, my knees barely hurt

The new seat arrived sooner than I expected, which was really a nice surprise. Assembly was simple and only took a few minutes. The match was perfect and fit my tractor exactly I needed. I have no complaints at the moment as the value was as well as expected. When other needs arise I'll be looking at The Farm Part Store.

The seat came promptly and was easy to get setup and was a perfect fif for my Case 995 (David Brown). This seat was easy to adjust for a custom fit. I am very pleased with this purchase

I really like the tractor seat good quality and easy to install and great price.

Good seat. No instructions. I was able to install it but with out instructions it was harder and took longer to do.

The back 2 bolts was impossible to get in with out taking the seat off the slide. Two holes in the seat slide would have help in getting the bolts in the mounting bracket. Once we got it on it was a direct replacement
