Ubolts are sized wrong

When I ordered this universal bracket I stated in the comments that my rops was 2" x 3"... You both hardware that I received is two and a half inch ID x 4 inches long... Which doesn't fit over my bar and if it did I would have to add washers as to not run out of threads... Now I have to jump on Amazon and order 3x3 u-balls and hardware to make work
