This "Big Boy" tractor seat is a universal replacement vinyl seat for many models of John Deere tractors and other brands as well. It features 3 position angle mounting, slide track and weight adjustment. Heavy duty steel frame ensures comfortable ride with 2 springs and 1 shock. Vinyl cushions provide ultimate back support for long days on the field. Adjustable arm rests flip up and down. The seat is designed for riders 330lb / 150kg. The seat does not have provision for operators presence switch.

Question: I have a 2024 JD1025R with a back-hoe and i am looking for a seat that will fold so I can reach the steering wheel when I am using the seat included with the back-hoe (I don't want to get off tractor to reposition every time I have to change my digging position). The stock seat moves forward but does not pivot and blocks the steering wheel completely so I can not steer when sitting on the backhoe seat. If had a seat that pivoted in the middle I think it would solve my problem. Will this seat work or do you have something that would help my issue? Note: The older John Deere 1025R (pre 2016) had a drivers seat that swiveled and was used for both functions and thus not block the steering wheel and worked perfect for my application. 0
