Product Description:
Light-weight durable construction of this crimper weighing only 38 lbs is ideal to use “on the go” where service is required. This crimper is equipped with 10,000 PSI ValPower pneumatic pump and is designed for hoses up to 1”. Open design, two piece “slide in” die set and removable pusher allows the operator to accurately position the fitting prior to crimping. Micro-Crimp adjuster is fully adjustable to make precise and repeatable crimps. Crimper position can be adjusted for optimum crimping position or dropped to vertical position for better balance when the crimper is being carried. Dies are not included and should be ordered separately depending on hose size.

Question: I'm new to making hydraulic lines and crimping the fittings so bare with me, yet I'd like to know if this portable hydraulic crimper is capable of making hydraulic hose fittings strong enough for a John Deere 670G grader. In other words will this be capable of crimping hydraulic fittings for heavy equipment? 0

Question: What Brand of fittings can be crimped on this machine? and which brand hose should be used? Eaton weatherhead, Parker or Gates? is this a 2 wire machine only or does it do 4 wire? 0

Answer: Brand makes no difference as long as measurements are correct. Maximum Hose Diameter: 2 Wire - 1" / 4 Wire - 3/4" so 2 or 4.
